Maana concentrates her practice in elder law and estate planning.
Maana counsels clients in all aspects of elder law, including estate planning for long-term care, advising on eligibility for MassHealth benefits, filing MassHealth applications for benefits in long-term care facilities, as well as in the community, and filing MassHealth appeals.
Maana was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2009 and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2010.
Maana received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a major in legal studies and a minor in psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law in 2009.
Maana is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), including the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
When Maana is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family.
